Volunteers are such a huge part of what we do at The Center– without them we could never serve the participants at the farm. All individuals, 14 years and older, are welcome to volunteer their time and talent at The Center!

    No horse experience is necessary– we train you! Some tasks completed by volunteers include setting up for lessons, grooming, tacking and leading horses, sidewalking, cleaning stalls, exercising horses, clerical work.

    We are also currently seeking Maryland-licensed physical and occupational therapists, counselors, nurses, and psychiatrists to donate their time, and provide consultations. Currently, all the staff at The Center is unpaid, as well.
